Untuk risiko high yang tidak bisa dihindari, siapkan contingency plan dan dana cadangan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>LANGKAH 4: IMPLEMENTASI &amp; MONITORING<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dokumentasikan dalam Risk Register:<\/strong>\u00a0Ini adalah dokumen hidup yang berisi semua informasi risiko (deskripsi, probabilitas, dampak, pemilik, rencana mitigasi, status).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tetapkan Pemilik Risiko (Risk Owner):<\/strong>\u00a0Setiap risiko harus memiliki seseorang yang bertanggung jawab untuk memantau dan mengeksekusi rencana mitigasi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pantau Secara Berkala:<\/strong>\u00a0Tinjau Risk Register dalam setiap rapat status proyek.
